MRO Warehouse Lead

MRO Warehouse Lead & Production Scheduler Location: Miramar, FL. Reports to the Warehouse and Planning Manager. This role is onsite. Responsibilities Coordinate and lead all aspects of shipping, receiving, and stockroom material movement. Maintain inventory control and data management: support inventory accuracy through timely and accurate material transactions in the ERP system, daily cycle counts, and reconciliation. Assist with the development and updates of weekly and monthly production schedules. Coordinate purchasing, inventory control, and movement of inventory and WIP material. Act as liaison between warehouse, supply chain, production planning, operations and key stakeholders. Ensure accurate and on‑time completion of shipping and receiving tasks, including receipt, inspection, acceptance or rejection of all goods received. Pick, pack and ship in accordance with ATA 300 requirements. Continuously improve efficiency and quality to achieve key metrics. Other duties as required. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in aerospace MRO or similar warehouse environment. Forklift certification within 90 days of employment. Knowledge of ATA 300 requirements. Ability to read, interpret, understand, and apply warehouse standards. Effective verbal and written communication in English. Analytical, reasoning, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to read/understand bill of materials. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. Direct or indirect knowledge of CFR 14 Part 145. Previous Hazmat training is desirable.
