Law Clerk (Future Contract Opportunity)

Job Summary TalentWise LLC is building a pipeline of qualified professionals for potential future contract opportunities supporting Arlington County, VA. The Law Clerk performs legal research and provides administrative support to attorneys, assisting with case preparation, legal documentation, and court-related activities. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and supporting documents Review legal filings for accuracy and completeness Assist with case preparation and court documentation Maintain legal records and case files Support attorneys with administrative and litigation tasks Minimum Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) in progress or completed, or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or related field Experience in legal research or law office environment preferred Strong writing, research, and analytical skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Familiarity with legal databases and tools Equal Employment Opportunity Statement TalentWise LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
