Mail Insert Operator Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm & 2:30pm - 11:00pm

You'll learn how to operate high-speed mailing equipment, prepare customer mailings, and perform quality checks to make sure projects are completed accurately and on time. New to the industry? You'll learn how to operate high-speed mailing equipment, prepare customer mailings, and perform quality checks to make sure projects are completed accurately and on time. New to the industry? - Set up and operate high-speed Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting equipment
- Prepare customer mail projects for insertion and fulfillment
- Follow job instructions to ensure correct materials, counts, and setup
- Perform quality checks throughout production
- Sort, tray, and prepare completed mail according to USPS requirements
- Monitor equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Assist with other production activities and cross-training as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 45 lbs.
