What You'll Do
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates, budgets, and proposals for ground-up and renovation projects.
- Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk factors.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing, ensuring timely and complete bid coverage.
- Work closely with Preconstruction and Project Management teams to transition awarded projects seamlessly into execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, clients, and design partners throughout the process.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience with a general contractor.
- Strong background in conceptual, schematic, and hard-bid estimating.
- Proficiency with estimating software
- Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and materials across multiple sectors.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills both written and verbal.
