This remote, part-time position is based in Kahului, HI and offers a flexible work environment within the fast-growing electric vehicle and automotive industry. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and our internal operations team. You will handle customer inquiries, update and maintain critical data records, and ensure seamless communication across multiple channels. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency of our daily operations, customer satisfaction, and overall company growth.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, products, and services while maintaining high satisfaction levels
• Maintain and update customer records and databases with accurate and current information
• Assist with data entry, data cleanup, and quality assurance of internal data systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases
• Monitor and track daily operational metrics and generate basic reports
• Support the team with order processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
• Document common issues and contribute to internal knowledge base articles
• Perform other duties as assigned to support customer relations and data operations goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree or coursework in business, communications, or related field is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with CRM software or data entry tools is preferred but not required
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
• Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a nice-to-have
