Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Operate a haul truck safely to transport raw materials within the site* Perform pre trip and post trip equipment inspections and report issues promptly* Follow all safety procedures, site policies, and traffic regulations* Coordinate with team members to support efficient operations* Maintain cleanliness of equipment and complete basic maintenance tasks**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and responsibly* Strong awareness of surroundings with a commitment to workplace safety* Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic* Ability to learn equipment operation, maintenance practices, and site procedures**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing* Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
