Skilled Machine Operator

Role Overview Thermoforming Operator position at Amcor – Little Chute. Responsible for running machine, ensuring safety and quality, contributing to continuous improvement. Responsibilities Act as safety leader and prioritize safety in all tasks. Support machine setups and line clearances – set up packing automation, assist with tool changes, stage materials, operate a forklift. Perform quality assurance checks and adjust as needed. Communicate defects and replace with good product. Use computer program to confirm specifications, labels, and materials match. Follow packing specification to pack, wrap, and label product before scanning into inventory using RF scanner. Maintain facility cleanliness following 5S schedule. Attend monthly training and adhere to GMP and PPE policies. Qualifications 3‑5+ years of experience in machine operation. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems. Passion for safety, quality, and high‑performing culture. Physical ability to work 8‑12 hour days, walk, kneel, crouch, reach, lift up to 50lbs. Benefits Competitive pay $22.36 – $25.96 per hour. Company‑matched 401(k) up to 8%.
