Be attentive and provide excellent customer service. Resolve customer concerns and keep customers abreast of vehicle status. Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers. When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs. Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships. Represent Wesley Chapel Toyota’s stellar reputation in a polished and professional manner. Have fun! We are seeking candidates with Experience as an automotive Service Advisor. Toyota brand experience, a plus! Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer. An understanding of the mechanical and technical Computer proficiency. Experience with CDK a plus! Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
