Description We are hiring a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities As a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) , you will evaluate, treat, and care for residents with breathing disorders. Under the direction of a physician, you will set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment to diagnose and treat respiratory diseases, while monitoring each resident’s physiological responses to therapy. Requirements 2-4 years of experience providing direct Respiratory Therapy. Current Respiratory License in the state. Ability to work under stress and in emergency situations. Current and valid CPR/BLS certification. Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long‑term care. Nice to Have Experience working with multiple residents. Experience in an acute care respiratory unit or Skilled Nursing environment. Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
