Full Time Plant Production Position
Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill a full time plant production position at our Flint warehouse.
This is a first shift position: 7:30am - 4pm, Monday-Friday $15.00 an hour and 20% off at Goodwill Mid Michigan stores.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve production standards for tasks assigned
- Meet hourly goals with tenacity and precision

Qualifications
- Do you work well on a team?
- Can you lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help?
- Can you reach, bend and stoop?
- Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
- Do you have the ability to learn and utilize safe lifting techniques?
- Can you move a 275 pound cart/rack utilizing mechanical support?
- Are you pleasant, cheerful and professional?
