Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Hand Assembler and Packager to join our production team. You will manually assemble products, apply labels, and pack items securely for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Hand Assembly: Piece together components manually according to specific blueprints or instructions.
• Labeling: Apply product labels, barcodes, and shipping tags accurately to items and boxes.
• Packaging: Place finished goods into designated containers, boxes, or crates securely.
• Repackaging: Transfer bulk materials or returned products into new, specified retail formats.
• Quality Control: Inspect components and finished packages to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep your workstation clean, safe, and free of debris daily. [

Qualifications & Skills

• Manual Dexterity: High speed and accuracy when working with hands and small parts.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor defects and follow exact labeling guidelines.
• Physical Stamina: Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Basic Literacy: Ability to read and interpret simple assembly instructions and packing lists.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to keep pace with an active production line
