Job Overview

Duties
- Meet with clients and respond to discovery requests.
- Draft motions and supporting memoranda.
- Argue motions and conduct depositions.
- Second chair trials and collaborate with seasoned trial attorneys.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a law firm.
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong organizational, research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Law review or top class rank preferred.
- State or federal clerkship is a plus.
- Admission to the New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, or Connecticut bars is advantageous.
- Reside within commuting distance to Boston, MA.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent research and writing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
