Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves working in a hybrid environment, providing litigation defense solutions across New England. The firm values innovation and a people-first culture, offering a dynamic and rewarding career path. Duties Meet with clients and respond to discovery requests. Draft motions and supporting memoranda. Argue motions and conduct depositions. Second chair trials and collaborate with seasoned trial attorneys. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a law firm. Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Excellent academic credentials. Strong organizational, research, writing, and analytical skills. Law review or top class rank preferred. State or federal clerkship is a plus. Admission to the New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, or Connecticut bars is advantageous. Reside within commuting distance to Boston, MA. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Skills Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent research and writing abilities.
