This position offers an impressive earning potential exceeding $1.5 million, along with additional income from co-ownership of a physician-designed surgical hospital located in Kansas (KS).

Key Responsibilities

• Enjoy unlimited operating room time to accommodate your schedule.
• Work alongside two dedicated Physician Assistants who will handle first call duties.
• Focus exclusively on total joint and adult reconstruction, with no trauma cases involved.
• Step into a well-established practice, taking over from a retiring physician and immediately engaging in approximately 500+ joint procedures annually, with uncapped potential.
• Access to on-site facilities including operating rooms, clinic, imaging, physical therapy, occupational therapy, dietary services, and pharmacy.
• Collaborate with seasoned surgeons who bring over 20 years of experience and are eager to provide mentorship.

Compensation and Benefits

• Demonstrated earning potential of over $1.5 million.
• An initial recruitment package valued at $756,000.
• A partnership track featuring a two-year income guarantee and the opportunity to become a co-owner of our physician-designed surgical hospital (not an ASC, and one of only about 250 in the U.S.).
