Job Title Claims Assistant Summary Provides administrative support to claims unit(s) and handles routine document tracking, internal/external customer/vendor communication and other basic claims functions. Typical day includes: Reviews and analyzes new claims for accuracy, completeness and eligibility. Prepares and maintains reports and records for processing in line with established procedures. Meets productivity and customer service targets. Handles routine communications. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual preferred. General computer proficiency. Proficiency with MS Office products. Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills. Compensation Pay Range $42,770 - $47,800. Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
