Behavioral Health Provider Job Type: Full-time, No weekends. Exempt.Location: Marion, OhioWe are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), LPCC, or Psychologist to join a team-based community health center providing integrated behavioral health services within a primary care setting. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive mental health care to vulnerable and underserved populations in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive diagnostic mental health assessments upon referral from primary care providersDeliver brief, solution-focused behavioral health interventions within the primary care settingProvide individual and group therapy focused on mental health maintenance and treatment of mental health conditionsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and integrated patient careParticipate in health center committees and outreach activities as appropriatePerform additional duties within scope of licensure to support high-quality patient careWork with general supervision while independently managing routine responsibilitiesQualificationsMaster’s degree (M.A.) in a Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work)Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experienceLicensed in the State of Ohio as a LISW, LSW, LPCC, or PsychologistStrong clinical and case management skillsBenefitsHealth Insurance: Medical – Employer Pays 70% Dental & Vision coverageShort Term Disability /Long Term Disability Employer Paid Life Insurance401K w/ 4% Match4 weeks of PTO7 paid Holidays
