What you’ll tackle

• Plan and execute replacements, upgrades, and new installs for residential HVAC systems.
• Fabricate and connect copper/PVC piping; manage both high- and low-voltage wiring.
• Teach and upskill Install Helpers in the field and in the shop.
• Deliver top-tier customer service and resolve issues on the spot.
• Lift, move, and position equipment and materials over 50 lbs when necessary.
• Keep tools, inventory, and vehicle clean and organized.
• Operate safely at heights, in attics and tight spaces, and in all weather conditions.
• Meet equipment standards, Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements, and company service benchmarks.
• Handle additional tasks as needed.

What you bring to the team

• 2–5+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and a minimum of three years of driving experience.
• EPA certification.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking ability.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Customer-centric communication; professional with teammates and leadership.
• Flexibility and creativity in dynamic, team-oriented settings.

Physical demands & work environment

• Lift 50 lbs routinely and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Climb ladders; enter attics/crawlspaces; navigate confined areas; drive; push/pull/carry; use hand tools; perform fine-detail tasks.
• Work indoors/outdoors, including attics and crawlspaces.
• Stand, walk, sit; communicate in person and by phone.
• Use hands and arms for handling and reaching.
• Frequently stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.
• Function in extreme temperatures and adverse weather (wind, rain, ice, snow).
