Maintenance ManagerThe Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for the overall maintenance strategy, encompassing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of skilled technicians, fostering a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. The role demands a deep understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
