Contract | Days (4x10-Hour Shifts, 7:00–17:30) | Onsite | Possible Night Shift Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a high-volume Operating Room environment with a predominant focus on orthopedic cases
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across a broad range of surgical specialties including general, bariatric, colorectal, oncology, ortho, and neuro cases
• Operate and assist with DaVinci robotic surgical system cases as required
• Fulfill weeknight on-call requirements averaging 1–2 nights per week and weekend call approximately every 4–5 weeks (24-hour Saturday or Sunday, 1–2 days per month)
• Participate in bi-weekly facility orientation and adhere to unit scheduling requirements; block scheduling cannot be accommodated
• Document accurately and efficiently using EPIC electronic health records system

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Nebraska RN State License required; pending licensure accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• Predominantly orthopedic skillset (3 out of 4 cases in ortho required)
• Demonstrated experience with the following case types: Lap Chole, Lap Appy, Ex Lap, I&D, Bariatric, Colorectal, PEG & Trach, and DaVinci cases
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• DaVinci robotic surgery experience highly preferred
• Experience in Oncology, Orthopedic, and/or Neurosurgical cases highly preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
