PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shift

McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the night shift for our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) in Concord, NC. How will you help us achieve our mission? You will:

• Administer medication to clients according to medical orders.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping, to include notes as required.
• Perform intake with new clients.
• Ensure doctor's orders are followed.
• Obtain vital signs from clients as needed or as ordered by the doctor.
• Respond to staff needs – give PPD tests, respond to medical codes.
• Audit charts, ensure medical inventory is stocked.

What are the qualifications needed for this role? This role requires a valid NC LPN or LPN from another state that participates in the multistate nurse licensure compact. What we offer you as an employee:
