Phlebotomist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drawing blood, excellent patient service skills, and a commitment to safety and accuracy in specimen collection. Key Responsibilities: Collect blood samples from patients via venipuncture or capillary puncture Properly label and handle specimens for laboratory analysis Maintain accurate patient records and specimen documentation Ensure all equipment is clean, sterilized, and properly maintained Follow established protocols for infection control and patient safety Provide excellent customer service and ease patient anxieties during the blood draw process Transport specimens to the laboratory in a timely manner Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in phlebotomy or clinical laboratory setting Proficiency in venipuncture techniques and blood specimen handling Preferred Qualifications: Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program Experience with electronic health records (EHR) Certifications: Current Phlebotomy Certification (CPT or equivalent) Basic Life Support (BLS) Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.
