We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Accountant to join their team and provide valuable insights to the plant management. Key Responsibilities Track and analyze inventory using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (preferred) or any ERP system. Utilize advanced MS Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting. Understand and analyze how expenses are incurred at the plant. Provide insights to the plant manager on labor hours, material costs, variable indirect labor, and fixed overhead. Help plant management understand cost budgets to make informed decisions. Support process improvement and tracking initiatives. Calculate ROI for various projects and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Experience with inventory tracking systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains. Proficiency in any ERP system. Advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Power BI. Experience in accounting within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
