Producing Director @ LHH | Recruitment, Business Development LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Plant Controller to lead financial operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role requires hands-on experience in cost accounting, SAP, and QAD ERP systems, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive performance and collaboration across departments. Key Responsibilities Manage all plant-level financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close. Lead cost accounting efforts to ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and margin analysis. Utilize SAP and QAD ERP systems to maintain financial data integrity and streamline reporting processes. Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to identify cost efficiencies and support strategic initiatives. Deliver clear and actionable financial insights to senior management through regular reporting and analysis. Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory standards. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting with a strong focus on cost accounting. Proficiency in both SAP and QAD ERP systems is required. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions. Proven leadership experience with a track record of team development and operational support. High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
