• Full-time -- 40 hrs/wk, no weekends, no holidays
• Hospital-based long-term acute care (LTACH) setting
• Daily assessment and intervention for high-acuity patients
• Patients admitted directly from ICU -- highest severity of illness
• Intense clinical and therapeutic intervention -- 24 hrs/day facility
• Interdisciplinary team environment -- collaborative treatment planning
