Physical Therapist

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with movement dysfunction and pain. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions. Establishing, revising, and evaluating care plans involving patients and families. Performing therapy interventions using standard techniques. Providing education to patients, families, and staff based on assessed needs. Ensuring continuity of care through discharge planning and follow-up recommendations. Supervising physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff. Maintaining detailed documentation of patient responses and interventions. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy with licensure in the state of practice. Physical stamina for constant standing, lifting, and moving patients and equipment. Effective communication skills and ability to work safely and attentively. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
