ServiceNow Developer

Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on developing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to enhance business processes and user experience across the platform.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


ServiceNow Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and automate processes across ITSM and CSM modules.
• Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts).
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Ensure platform security, performance optimization, and compliance through proper ACL and access control configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining documentation and collaborating with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including ITSM/CSM modules, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and workflow automation (Flow Designer).
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Servers), ServiceNow security (ACLs), and certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
