Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Colorado (UCH) and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Colorado (UCH).

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

RTO is not allowed during the following time periods: September 2 – September 12, 2026; October 25 – November 4, 2026; November 22 – December 2, 2026; December 20 – January 3, 2027. Flexibility may be considered for harder-to-fill positions.

Unit Details:
Adult patient population.
Oncology/GYN-ONC/Palliative/Med Tele unit.
Ratios: 1:4 day shift, 1:5 night shift. Nurse-to-patient ratios may flex up based on staffing and unit needs.

Shift & Scheduling:
10 RTO days max approved.
Various days of the week.
Weekend requirement: Yes, per unit needs.
No call.

Floating Requirements:
Floating as required and may float to sister facilities based on facility needs.
