Order Picker/Puller Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Move incoming or outgoing merchandise throughout distribution center by hand, hand truck, or forklift equipment
• Check, verify, and audit merchandise to ensure ordered merchandise have been received and that merchandise is as ordered and not damaged or defective; enter data into remote data terminal
• Replenish pick areas as identified by replenishment reports and various requests for merchandise
• Fill merchandise orders from stores by selecting and moving merchandise from pick slot to conveyor
• Load outgoing merchandise from conveyor and/or four-wheel truck into trailer
• Report damages and/or vendor compliance issues to supervisor
• Partner with supervisor to resolve problems or discrepancies
• Meet safety, productivity, and quality standards

Order Picker/Puller Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds alone repetitively, with up to 85 pounds team lift
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, walk, and reach repetitively
• Ability to push and pull using hands and/or arms on a repetitive basis above and below shoulder level
• Ability to withstand hot and cold conditions as well as dust and noise
