Conduct evaluations for patients spanning across pediatric, adult, and elderly demographics employing various standardized assessments and evaluative techniques.

Create tailored treatment plans that cater to both immediate and ongoing communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements.

Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions emphasizing communication, language development, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing strategies.

Partner with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop comprehensive care protocols.

Facilitate education for patients and their families to reinforce progress outside of therapy sessions.

Assist with occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy interventions to ensure consistent care throughout the treatment process.

Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation compliant with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Engage in professional development through continuing education and collaboration with peers to remain updated with the latest practices in the field.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institute.

Completion of a clinically-supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be acquired within 30 days of employment.

Demonstrable proficiency in evidence-based treatment strategies for all ages, with substantial knowledge of both developmental and acquired speech and language disorders.

Exceptional communication skills for engaging with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Ability to adapt therapy methods to cater to a multitude of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong analytical judgment and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and the necessary documentation protocols.
