What we want The Program Manager, under direction of the Education Core Director, plans, organizes, directs, and manages day-to-day activities and procedures for the administration of select programs housed within the Telehealth Institute Education Core. This position oversees initial and ongoing operational planning, implementation, and administration for key education initiatives, including Didactics, the Psychology Internship program, the Fellows and Practicum programs, Continuing Education offerings, and the Telehealth Certificate program. What you need to know Salary Range: $50,162.00 - $76,321.00 annually. Schedule: Additional hours outside of the normal onsite Monday - Friday from 8-5 may be required. Travel: Occasional travel may be required. Responsibilities Organizes and manages day-to-day activities and administrative functions for the Texas Telehealth Internship Consortium (TTIC) internship, doctoral practicum program, and Public Health Certificate programs. Implements and manages procedures and processes for the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of doctoral interns, practicum students, and fellows. Manages and audits official program records and documentation related to doctoral interns, practicum students, and fellows. Manages, prepares, and reviews compliance documentation and reporting related to internship APA accreditation. Manages and maintains the TTIC and practicum program public-facing web pages and instructional content. Implements and manages onboarding, orientation, and training schedules for incoming interns and practicum students. Coordinates, and manages didactic training events, workshops, and program-wide instructional sessions. Manages schedules and operational activities associated with the TTIC, doctoral practicum, and fellow programs. Serves as a member of the Internship Committee to drive program development and evaluation. Coordinates and oversees complex travel logistics, schedules, and arrangements for interns, guest speakers and Education Core Director. Directs communications for multiple Education Core programs and serves as the primary operational liaison for fellows, and partner entities. Oversees and facilitates intern credentialing processes with partner community sites. Manages the credentialing processes for Education Core continuing education offerings and professional development trainings. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study. Five years of experience in office or higher education administration. Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience in program management/coordination. Experience with making travel arrangements and itineraries. Event coordination and planning experience. Experience managing continuing education for professional training programs. A class "C" vehicle operator's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and guidelines accurately. Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion. Ability to work productively in an open office environment. Reliable attendance and dependability. Knowledge of SharePoint or Google Docs or other cloud-based storage. Why Texas A&M University?
