Abundance Health Network is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Residential Support Specialists to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a residential setting.
This position is responsible for assisting individuals with daily living activities, personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration as authorized, community participation, and developing independent living skills. Responsibilities also include implementing individualized service and behavior support plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.
The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, professional, and passionate about empowering individuals to achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.
