We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of equipment and systems in a high-tech IT server manufacturing facility.
This role is responsible for keeping assembly line equipment, manufacturing machinery, and production support systems operating safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with industrial or manufacturing equipment and strong troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Install, calibrate, and test production equipment and tools.
- Maintain equipment records, work orders, and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Technical certification or degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Electronics, Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Basic computer skills and ability to document maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electronics or server manufacturing.
- Experience working in high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of ESD safety protocols.
- OSHA or Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
