Overview
Radiology Tech, with IR specialization, is needed for a travel assignment in Cambridge, MA. Start date: 06/07/2026. This 13-week assignment offers 40 guaranteed hours per week, with a 4x10-hour shift pattern (mostly 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.), rotating weekends, and on-call duties. The setting is a hospital-based Interventional Radiology service with vascular and general IR duties. EPIC EMR experience and MA licensure are required to submit.

Responsibilities
- Perform radiologic procedures within Interventional Radiology, including vascular and general IR as assigned
- Operate imaging equipment, ensure high-quality diagnostic images, and follow ALARA radiation-safety practices
- Prepare patients, position them appropriately, explain procedures, and assist with contrast administration as indicated
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EPIC EMR and collaborate with IR team members to coordinate care
- Rotate across sites as needed and participate in rotating on-call duties; comply with weekend requirements
- Ensure pediatric patients are not included; adhere to site-specific policies and patient safety standards

Requirements
- Active MA license (Massachusetts) for radiologic technologists; submission requires license
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required at time of submittal
- Current BLS (AHA) certification required; flu vaccine during season
- Minimum 3 years of Interventional Radiology experience; travel experience and EPIC EMR experience required
- Ability to perform 10-hour shifts; rotating weekends and on-call duties; must be able to work at multiple IR sites as needed
- RTO (requested time off) must be included at submission; not guaranteed after confirmation
