Sales Representative

Pay: Commission based. Earning range of $90k-$150K annually

Schedule: May include some weekends and evenings. Exact schedule can be reviewed at interview.

Sales Department Hours: Monday-Saturday 9 am to 8 pm and 10 am to 7 pm on Sunday.

This position is onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Sales Manager.

We are looking for experienced salespeople to join our growing team. Must have 2 years of car sales experience to be considered for this position.

If you have experience with the TOYOTA brand, then we are eager to talk with you! We appreciate those with Toyota experience, but we will consider you without it. Dealership/automotive sales experience is a must in this role.

What You'll Do

As an Auto Sales Representative you will consult with customers and guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. We will train you on the products we offer and their benefit to our customer.

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure all follow up on customer inquiries while maintaining friendly relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Stay informed about new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

What You'll Bring

• We prefer candidates who have prior Toyota experience, but we do not require it.
• Experience in sales, preferred in a dealership setting.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction-Ability to guide customers with their needs.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The annual earning potential for this role is $90,000-$150,000 which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
