We serve diverse communities nationwide and offer our full-time employees paid volunteer hours to make a difference through community service.What You'll Do: As a Custodian, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for everyone. Key responsibilities include:Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and counters. You'll also clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.Restocking Supplies: Keep restrooms stocked with essentials like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Ensure dispensers are filled and monitor supplies across the facility.Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.Safety & Security: Identify safety hazards and report them to the supervisor. Maintain a secure and safe environment for building occupants.Customer Service: Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff, visitors, and fellow team members, creating a positive and welcoming environment.At Verde, you'll join a community-focused organization with a high-energy culture. Must be able to work independently and interact courteously with others.Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be comfortable using basic cleaning tools and equipment.Safety First:Safety is our top priority at Verde.
