Shift Pattern Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Friday 08:00 – 15:00 Location Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their fast-paced manufacturing company as an Account Manager. Our client, a specialist in manufacturing and powder coating steel components to the POS/ shop fit / Retail sectors, is seeking an individual to strengthen their Sales Team to assist with delivering a seamless service to their client base. The successful individual will be tenacious, confident, resilient and a go-getter with the ability to use their own initiative to meet set KPI’s, targets and SLA’s. The Benefits Genuine career opportunities Free onsite parking Forward-thinking company The Role First point of contact for the customer, discuss their order in detail, recording the quotation accurately and ensuring attention to detail at all times Discuss options available to the customer (material, size, services) Estimating and quoting from initial to concept to design, leaving site Present the quote to the customer and secure the order Project manage each order to ensure the client is satisfied with the service received Attend regular meetings with the Head of Departments to ensure they are fully briefed on new projects and gain an update on the progress of current orders Resolve complaints and handle any enquiries that come in Our Ideal Candidate Knowledge in the POS/POP industry is advantageous, however, not essential Proficient in all Microsoft packages A sound knowledge of POS / Retail industry, including the metalworking process Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at various levels Proactive individual who uses own initiative Highly organised and able to drive projects forward to completion Resilient and capable of resolving complaints in a professional manner Enthusiastic, motivated and driven to succeed Experience in Project Management would be advantageous; however, it is not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
