Saukville, WI 53080Shift: This position follows our 5-2-2-5 rotating night shift schedule. You'll work five nights on, five nights off, two nights on, two nights off—giving you a great work-life balance with regular extended breaks. Shifts are 12 hours, starting at 4:30 PM and ending at 4:30 AM. It's a consistent, predictable rotation that gives you built-in time off without using PTO.What you'll do:Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain a wide range of mechanical systems to keep operations running smoothlyPerform preventative maintenance (PMs) and equipment calibrations to optimize performance and reliabilityWork hands-on with hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and power transmission systemsSafely operate and maintain industrial tools and mobile equipment including cranes and forkliftsPartner with Electrical Maintenance Technicians to tackle cross-functional maintenance tasksAlways prioritize safety by strictly adhering to protocols such as lockout/tagout, fall protection, and confined space entry proceduresWhat you will bring:High school diploma or GED (Don't have one?
