• 24-hour call coverage -- 7 am to 7 am shifts
• Nights and weekends required
• 15 cases per day on average
• 8 - 16 OR cases per week
• Inpatient hospital setting -- no clinic duties
• Air and ground transport support available for patient transfers
• EMR: Epic
• Emergent general surgery -- appendectomy, cholecystectomy, etc.
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
