Role: Registered Nurse providing resident-centered care in a long-term and post-acute setting. Responsibilities Include Delivering skilled clinical care and administering medications. Monitoring residents' conditions and supporting individualized care plans. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care. Mentoring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and educating residents and families. Upholding safety and regulatory standards. Contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Supporting a faith-based, mission-driven, and inclusive work environment. Qualifications and skills: Compassionate approach, clinical expertise, ability to mentor and educate, strong communication skills, commitment to safety, and adherence to regulatory standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
