Lead the transformation of healthcare as the Regional President for 20+ Ambulatory Surgery Centers in the Southeast Florida market. This influential position offers a unique chance to drive growth, forge innovative partnerships, and shape the direction of multiple centers. You will oversee operations, financial management, and strategic partnerships while creating a culture of safety delivering exceptional patient care.

As the Regional President, you will play a key role in driving case volume growth and EBITDA, while actively recruiting top surgeons and strengthening relationships with existing physician partners. Your leadership will propel expansion efforts, fostering a high-performing culture and ensuring minimal employee turnover. In this role, you'll also champion operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and implement strategies that drive long-term success in all centers.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Design and implement ambitious business plans for each facility, collaborating closely with Surgery Center Administrators to ensure objectives are achieved and regularly reviewed at the board level.
• Driving Growth: Accelerate case growth by attracting top surgeons' talent, optimizing partnerships with healthcare systems, and launching new service lines that drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
• Leadership Development: Develop and mentor future healthcare leaders by providing comprehensive training in HR, finance, and communications, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline and effective succession plans for all key roles.
• Partnership Excellence: Proactively oversee physician equity and succession planning while enhancing partnerships with health systems through transparent communication and focus on shared success.

Qualifications

• Must have OR Operations experience
• Must have a bachelors degree
• Prefer Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum five years' experience with exposure to healthcare business development & operations, finance and business consulting
• Demonstrated experience in developing growth strategies and a proven track record in people management skills
• Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation communication skills; ability to work well with "C" level healthcare partners, physicians, employees, patients, and fellow workers
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively articulate financial results and respond to questions from hospital and physician partners
• Strong mathematical aptitude to assist with financial budgeting, reporting and analysis

Travel: Up to 75 % travel required. Selected candidates will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
