The Buckhead Life Restaurant Group—home to some of the most acclaimed restaurants in South Florida and Atlanta—is seeking Line Cooks of all experience levels to join our elite culinary teams. Whether you’re an industry veteran or just starting your career, if you bring passion, work ethic, and your own knife, we’ll provide the rest.

Join Lobster Bar Sea Grille in Ft. Lauderdale
Lobster Bar Sea Grille sets the standard for fine dining in Ft. Lauderdale. Our kitchen focuses on:
• Whole fish flown in directly from the Mediterranean
• Meticulously sourced seafood
• Precision, technique, and exceptional presentation
This is a rare opportunity to work under Executive Chef Jeff Pfeiffer and grow within a restaurant known for excellence. We are seeking career-minded culinary professionals passionate about advancement and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook seafood dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Manage inventory to ensure ingredient availability and minimize waste
- Operate kitchen equipment including grill, fryer, oven, stove, sous vide, and steamers safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Collaborate effectively with a large team to ensure timely meal preparation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in culinary arts
- Experience working in a fine dining restaurant setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient knife skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sanitation practices
- Effective communication skills
