Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook seafood dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
• Manage inventory to ensure ingredient availability and minimize waste
• Operate kitchen equipment including grill, fryer, oven, stove, sous vide, and steamers safely and efficiently
• Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Collaborate effectively with a large team to ensure timely meal preparation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in culinary arts
• Experience working in a fine dining restaurant setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient knife skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of sanitation practices
• Effective communication skills
