Requirements
- MD or DO from accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine (Board Eligible ONLY if currently in residency — must pass boards before starting)
- Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Authorized to work in the United States
Base Compensation
- Competitive base salary with productivity bonus from day1
- Earning potential well above $400K for productive full-time physicians
- Choice of 4-day or 5-day workweek (current pay model based on 5 days)
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance

- License and certification fee reimbursement
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an outpatient primary care strongly preferred
- Genuine interest in the Metro Atlanta area
- Previous experience or training in Georgia
