Cook, fry, and assemble menu items quickly and accurately according to brand standards.
Prepare ingredients, prep station components, and restock inventory during shifts.
Monitor food safety, quality, and holding temperatures.
Keep the kitchen, equipment, and cooking areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure fast ticket times during peak rushes.
Position Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.
Strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and teamwork.

The new 40-seat restaurant will be a Hong Kong cafe-style Chinese quick-service concept offering dine-in, pickup, delivery and catering. The menu includes baked rice and spaghetti, curry plates, grilled entrees, soup noodles, fried rice, chow mein, build-your-own plates, salads, snacks and traditional Hong Kong beverages. Approximately 40% of revenue is expected to come through online ordering and delivery platforms. The opening is targeted for late September or early October 2026.
