I opened my agency in 2003 after beginning my State Farm career as a Claims Adjuster. Insurance has always been a part of my lifemy grandmother worked for State Farm in my hometown, and from an early age I knew I wanted to become an agent. I'm married with three teenagers, and helping families protect what matters most is something I'm passionate about both personally and professionally. Giving back to the community is important to me. I'm actively involved with local schools, foundation boards, the Chamber of Commerce, and other community organizations. Building strong relationships and making a positive impact extends far beyond the walls of our office. Role Description

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kelli Ashbrook - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
