You'll work closely with physicians, assisting with exams, treatments, procedures, and testing, ensuring all aspects of patient visits are meticulously documented. Triage patients, especially those in emergency situations, prepare and reset exam rooms, manage instrument sterilization, and procure critical medical supplies. Additionally, you'll conduct phlebotomy and lab procedures, communicate results to patients, obtain necessary consents, and provide essential patient and family education on healthcare management, disease processes, and treatments under provider supervision, upholding the highest standards of compliance and ethical practice.To be successful in this role, you will need a diploma or bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing, along with 1-3 years of related experience in a clinic, specialty clinic, or acute hospital setting. You must possess a current RN license in Nebraska (RN:NE) and Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) certification. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and computer proficiency are essential. You'll master clinical competencies quickly and maintain effective, professional communication. The ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment, requiring some physical demands, is also crucial.
