Who You'll Work With As a member of the Arista Sales team, you will be the face of Arista to our customers, acting as an internal champion for their problems. You will align Arista’s technical resources to achieve your customer’s business outcome and partner with top Customer Engineers, Professional Services, and Executive teams to help customers succeed. Your role supports and collaborates with like‑minded sales professionals and reports to a Regional Sales Manager or Area VP of Sales. What You'll Do We are hiring a Sales Associate Account Manager for the Dallas area. This role supports senior account managers by developing sales pipelines, generating leads, coordinating field marketing, and providing sales operations support for Field Account Managers. A strong technical acumen and history of selling data‑center networking solutions are highly valuable. Job Responsibilities Conduct lead generation calls with key customer influencers and present the Arista value proposition to create new meetings for Field Account Managers. Generate new opportunities for Arista's Software‑Driven Data Center and Campus switching platforms, Cloud‑based Wireless WIFI solutions, DANZ Fabric Monitoring, and Zero‑Trust security products. Drive attendance to marketing events. Assist with planning and coordination of quarterly field marketing events and track attendance metrics. Provide sales operations support, including quote assistance, order submissions, and billing issue resolution. Attend sales training and shadow Senior Account Managers to progress toward a Field Territory Account Manager position. Stay current on technology partner solutions, competing products, and competitor strategies. The Team This position reports to a Regional Sales Director or Regional VP of Sales. You will be part of a team that includes top field engineers, along with support from Arista TAC, proof‑of‑concept resources, and the executive team. Qualifications Who are you? We seek an Associate‑level Sales Representative passionate about a career in technology sales. Our team values trust, compassion, collaboration, respectfulness, integrity, and good‑natured fun. Minimum Job Requirements: BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent and 2–3+ years of technology sales experience. Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, or Sales Associate roles. Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. Passion for technology and strong technical acumen in Cloud, Networking, Virtualization, Network Security, Compute, SaaS/IaaS, Wireless (Wi‑Fi), or Network Monitoring.
