RN Supervisor - Lead Nursing Care & Quality (Night Shift)

Community Health Systems

Community Health Systems is seeking a Part-time Supervisor of Nursing Services in Naples, FL. You will lead the nursing department, oversee staff and clinical operations, and ensure patient-centered, quality care in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires an RN license with an associate degree or higher, plus 1–2 years of nursing experience and leadership experience preferred. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and safeguard regulatory compliance.
