The right candidate will be punctual, professional, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. This role is critical to our customer experience because every oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and maintenance visit matters.ResponsibilitiesPerform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, battery checks, and basic maintenance services.Complete multi-point inspections accurately and communicate any needed repairs to the service advisor.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow dealership safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.Work efficiently while maintaining quality.Support the service department in delivering a fast, professional, and positive customer experience.QualificationsAutomotive experience preferred but not required.Must have a valid driver’s license.Must be dependable and able to show up on time.Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.Strong attention to detail.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Nissan experience is a plus, but not required.Active valid driver's licenseWhy Join Arlington Nissan?Arlington Nissan is part of the Rohrman Automotive Group, one of the strongest automotive groups in the country.
