Educational Liability Claims Strategist
Utica Mutual Insurance
Utica National Insurance Group seeks a Complex Liability Claims Specialist to manage high-exposure educational institution claims, negotiate settlements, and steer litigation across multiple jurisdictions. You will evaluate coverage, reserve appropriately, and coordinate defense teams while maintaining strong communication with insureds, claimants, and agents.
