After-Hours Hospice RN: Sign-On Bonus & Rotating Schedule

Luminary Hospice is seeking an On Call Registered Nurse to support after-hours patient needs in home settings. The role includes overnight shifts Monday–Thursday and a rotating weekend schedule, with a 5k sign-on bonus. The RN will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with Case Managers to ensure high-quality hospice care after hours.
