Are you organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment? We're looking for a dedicated Batcher to join our team. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for accurately measuring, weighing, and mixing raw materials according to production formulas to ensure high-quality products are made safely and efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a key role in our production process.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, batching, mixing, or production is a plus.
• Ability to accurately measure and follow formulas, recipes, or production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working throughout an entire shift.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well with a team.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience operating industrial mixers, scales, or batching equipment.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, or quality control procedures.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing, chemical, or industrial production environment.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous batching, mixing, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and production standards.
• Ability to read and understand production orders and batch sheets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while ensuring accurate production records.
